This route is a newly discovered, non-technical route, explored by Mr. Muhammad Ali Majrooh Managing Director of Mashabrum Expeditions in 2008. This is the shortest possible trek in the area to see central Karakoram Mountains including K-2, the second highest in the world and G-II, Broad peak, Mashabrum and etc. Majrooh Top is at minimum 4900 meters having less traveled and still lesser known trek in the vicinity of Kanday village. Five hours jeep drives take you to the Kanday village from Skardu. The trek begins from the village for two days ascend through the summer settlements to the top and two days descend to Kanday village for return road journey to Skardu and Islamabad. 13 days trek from Islamabad to back Islamabad.

Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Day 2: Islamabad (Sight sing)

Day 3: Islamabad to Skardu (by flight it subject to the weather) Or by Road to Chilass

Day 4: Chilass to Skardu (or Skardu rest day)

Day 5: Skardu to Kanday (By jeep it will take 5 hour to get Kanday)

Day 6: Kanday to Karpo brakkbu
We start to walk from Kanday and one day camping place in Karpo Brakkbu.

Day 7: Karpo brakkbu to the Top. There is one night camp

Day 8: Majrooh Top to return back Nangbrok camp

Day 9: Nangbrok camp to Kanday village

Day 10: Kanday to Skardu (By Jeep)

Day 11: Skardu to Islamabad (By flight or drive to Besham)

Day 12: Rest day in Islamabad or drive from Besham to Islamabad

Day 13: Islamabad (own ward destination)
